Donate essential supplies to help care for patients in our community.
Donating essential supplies is another meaningful way to support the Community Check-Up Center. Your contributions help us provide quality care and meet the everyday needs of our patients and clinic.
As a nonprofit health center serving underserved individuals and families, we rely on the generosity of our community to help maintain a welcoming, well-equipped environment for care.
